• Breakfast (8:30–10:30 a.m.): Start your day off right with a full breakfast buffet to fuel up before heading to the workshop.
• Lunch (Picnic Package): To give you complete freedom—whether you want to grab a quick bite in the workshop or head out to immerse yourself in the Auvergne countryside—we offer a high-quality, convenient picnic package.
• Dinner (8:00 p.m.): The highlight of the day. We all gather around a special menu featuring local ingredients. It’s the perfect time to share the day’s discoveries.
